Here, we have tried to address few common questions regarding return/replacement/requests. Please read through these:
How do I get a defective/unused item replaced?
Returns are accepted only in case of damages to the product. Returns will NOT be accepted for the following reasons.
- You have changed your mind about the purchase.
- The product did not match with certain assumptions you had made during the purchase.
- The product colour looks different from what you saw on the computer/mobile.
- You don’t like the product you have bought.
Drop a mail at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, sending us the image of the concerned product, also courier us the parcel which needs to reach us within 7 days of informing us.
The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement product of your choice to equal value will be shipped immediately. No refunds.
Condition of Items returned:
Items must be unused and undamaged. They must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer’s containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
